成效 (chéng xiào) — effect; result (of an effort or policy)

Definition

成效 stresses the result of an effort or policy — closer to 'results achieved' than abstract 'effect' (影响) or 'efficacy' (功效, 疗效). 成果 is a similar 'achievement' noun, but 成效 is more neutral about value.
