观摩 (guān mó) — to observe and emulate; to study by watching (sb's example)
Definition
观摩 is to watch others perform in order to learn from them — combines 观察 ('watch') and 模仿 ('imitate') into a purposeful learning activity. Unlike 观测, it is not scientific measurement with instruments.
