Definition

门诊 (ménzhěn) names the outpatient service itself — a hospital department or the act of seeing non-admitted patients. 门诊部 is the physical clinic; 急诊 is the 24-hour emergency side. Use 就诊 when YOU are the one seeing a doctor.
