业绩 (yèjì) refers to performance or results, especially in a business or work context (e.g., sales figures, company outcomes). It differs from 成就 (chéngjiù), which emphasizes personal or historical achievements, and from 成果 (chéngguǒ), which highlights positive results from effort or research. Compared to 绩效 (jìxiào), 业绩 is more commonly used for concrete business metrics, while 绩效 is a formal term in performance evaluation systems.
