Definition
人性 (rén xìng) refers to 'human nature' — the innate qualities and tendencies shared by all humans, such as good and evil. It differs from 性格 (xìng gé), which is an individual's personality or character, and from 本性 (běn xìng), which is the inherent nature of any being or thing, not just humans.
