住宿 (zhù sù) means 'to stay overnight' at a hotel, hostel, or similar accommodation. Unlike 入住 (rù zhù), which focuses on the check-in moment, 住宿 emphasizes the act of lodging for the night. It is distinct from 停留 (tíng liú) or 逗留 (dòu liú), which mean a temporary stop without necessarily sleeping.
