Definition
体态 (tǐ tài) refers to a person's overall figure (body shape) combined with their posture and bearing — the visual impression of how they look and carry themselves. It is broader than 身材 (shēn cái, which is just body measurements) and 姿势 (zī shì, a specific pose). Compared to 姿态 (zī tài), which can also mean 'attitude', 体态 is purely physical and emphasizes natural build and habitual carriage.
