体温 (tǐwēn) specifically refers to the temperature of a living body (human or animal), as in taking your temperature when sick. It is more specific than 温度 (wēndù), the general word for temperature of anything (air, water, object). Other related terms include 气温 (qìwēn) for air temperature and 热度 (rèdù) for degree of heat.
