供需 (gōng xū) and 供求 (gōng qiú) both mean 'supply and demand'. 供需 sounds more formal and is often used in economic theory (e.g., 供需平衡), while 供求 is more common in everyday business and media (e.g., 供求关系). In most contexts they are interchangeable.
