Definition
入骨 is a separable verb (离合词) whose literal meaning is 'to enter the bone'. In modern Chinese it is almost always used figuratively to describe emotions, memories, or hatred that are deeply ingrained — equivalent to 'to the marrow' or 'to the core'. You can split it to insert a complement, e.g. 入到了骨子里 ('penetrated into the bones'). The rare Buddhist sense ('to place bones in a stupa') is archaic and not used in everyday language.
