Definition
公事 (gōng shì) refers to work-related matters or official business in any organization, and can also mean formal documents. It is more general and common in daily work contexts than 公务 (gōng wù), which is more formal and typically used for government or public affairs. 事项 (shì xiàng) is more specific, meaning an item or point of business to be dealt with.
