前景 (qián jǐng) has two meanings: the literal 'foreground' in a photo/painting, and figurative 'prospects, outlook' for a situation or industry. For personal career prospects, 前途 (qián tú) is more common; 前程 (qián chéng) is a more literary synonym for 前途. 前景 is not used for a person's future.
