半点 literally means 'half a dot' but is used as a fixed expression meaning 'the least bit' or 'a tiny amount'. It almost always appears in negative sentences (没有半点…, 不…半点) to emphasize that there is absolutely none of something. You can think of it as a stronger version of 一点儿 in negations.
