占比 (zhàn bǐ) means 'proportion, percentage' and is used specifically for the share something occupies in a whole — common in statistics and business data. 比例 (bǐ lì) is broader (ratio, scale), while 比重 (bǐ zhòng) also means proportion but has the separate physics sense 'specific gravity'; 百分比 (bǎi fēn bǐ) refers to the percent figure itself (e.g., 50%).
