反反复复 is the reduplicated form of 反复 (fǎn fù 'repeatedly') and means 'over and over again' or 'again and again'. It is more emphatic than the base form and is often used before verbs, frequently followed by 地. Use it to describe actions done many times, often implying thoroughness or mild impatience.
