Definition
听话 (tīng huà) means 'obedient, doing what one is told' and is used for people (especially children) and pets. It's more colloquial and everyday than 顺从 (shùn cóng), which is a formal verb for submitting to authority. 乖 (guāi) is similar but more affectionate and mainly for children or pets, implying 'well-behaved' rather than just following orders.
