嘘 (shī) 是发出“嘘”声的动词，通常用于制止别人说话或表示反对、不满。它也可以单独作为叹词使用，相当于英语的“Sh!”或“Hush!”。注意它区别于另一个读音 xū（如“嘘寒问暖”中的慢慢呼气）。作为动词时，常跟“声”“了一下”等搭配。
