Definition
回报 (huíbào) has two meanings: 'to repay (kindness/trust)' and 'to report back (to a superior)'. For repaying kindness, 报答 (bàodá) is more specific; for debts, use 偿还 (chánghuán); for revenge, 报复 (bàofù) or 报仇 (bàochóu).
