Definition
回馈 has two senses: (1) giving back/repaying a benefit (especially to society or customers), and (2) providing feedback as a form of giving back. It is broader than 回报 (huí bào), which focuses on personal gratitude to an individual; 反馈 (fǎn kuì) is the standard term for opinion/complaint feedback, whereas 回馈 stresses the 'giving back' angle. Unlike 还/归还/返还 (returning physical objects), 回馈 covers intangible giving.
