Definition
士气 (shì qì) refers to the collective morale, spirit, or confidence of a group, especially in a military, team, or workplace setting. It differs from 气魄 (qì pò), which describes an individual's boldness, audacity, or imposing manner — 气魄 is about personal forcefulness, not group spirit.
