Definition
大脚 literally means "big feet", but in historical Chinese context it specifically refers to women who did not undergo foot binding (缠足). Foot binding was a practice in imperial China where women's feet were tightly bound from a young age to prevent growth, and women with natural-sized feet were called 大脚. Today the term is used in historical discussions or to contrast with bound feet.
n.
