Definition
头晕目眩 is a four-character idiom (成语) describing a state of dizziness where your head spins and your vision blurs — like after standing up too fast, spinning around, or being overwhelmed. The literal meaning is 'head dizzy, eyes spin', but it is always used together as a set phrase. You can use it both physically (illness, motion sickness) and figuratively (confusing situation).
