存储 (cún chǔ) is a general verb for storing data or goods, commonly used in computing and everyday contexts. It is very similar to 储存 (chǔ cún), but 存储 is more typical for digital storage. Unlike 存放 (cún fàng, to deposit with someone) or 藏 (cáng, to hide), 存储 simply means to keep something for later use.
