对劲儿 is the erhua (儿化) version of 对劲 (duì jìn), common in northern Mandarin. It describes whether something feels 'right,' 'normal,' or 'suitable' — often used in the negative 不对劲 to say something is off or not working properly. The 儿 suffix adds a colloquial, spoken tone without changing the core meaning.
