山丘 primarily means 'hill' or 'mound'. In classical Chinese literature, it can also refer to a burial mound ('tomb'), so you may encounter it in historical or poetic contexts with that meaning. The modern everyday usage is simply 'hill'. The word is not as common as 山, and is used for smaller, standalone hills.
