岁数 (suìshu) is a colloquial noun for a person's age, used in everyday speech — it's the word you'd use when asking 'How old are you?' (你多大岁数了？). 年龄 (niánlíng) is the neutral, more formal equivalent, common in writing and official contexts. 年纪 (niánjì) is also colloquial but slightly less common than 岁数.
