Definition
差劲 (chà jìn) is a colloquial stative verb used to criticize something that fails to meet expectations, or to describe a person as lacking vitality, character, or ability. It carries a tone of disappointment or dissatisfaction — stronger than 不好. Common patterns include 太差劲了 and 真差劲.
