Definition
并行 (bìngxíng) is used for processes or tasks that run concurrently or side by side (e.g., software development, team workflows). 平行 (píngxíng) is broader — it also describes geometric parallel lines, simultaneous events, or equal rank. 并列 (bìngliè) means being tied in competition or standing side by side in a ranking, not ongoing parallel activity.
