庄园 (zhuāngyuán) is a concrete landed estate — a manor or villa with parkland, often historical. It is more specific than 产业 (chǎnyè, property/estate, which can also mean industry) and refers to physical land and buildings, unlike 财产 (cáichǎn, assets/wealth, which includes money and intangible property).
