得来 is a resultative verb compound (r.v.) that appears after another verb to indicate the action was successfully carried out to obtain something. For example, 买得来 means 'to manage to buy', 做得来 means 'to manage to do'. In literary contexts, it can also mean 'to accomplish one's desire'.
