Definition
忒 is a dialectal adverb meaning 'very' or 'excessively', used in some northern Chinese dialects (e.g., Tianjin, Shandong). It's similar to 太 but more colloquial and regionally restricted. In standard Mandarin, 很 or 太 are preferred.
