Definition
思考 (sīkǎo) is the general, neutral verb for 'to think deeply' about a problem, question, or idea. It is broader than 反思 (fǎn sī, 'to reflect on past actions') and 沉思 (chén sī, 'to be lost in thought'), and more standard than the colloquial 琢磨 (zuó mo, 'to mull over').
