Definition
怠工 (dài gōng) means to slack off at work, but it often carries the sense of a deliberate, organized slowdown as a form of protest — workers still show up but work slowly. This sets it apart from 偷懒 (tōu lǎn), which is simply being lazy or goofing off without a protest motive, and from 罢工 (bà gōng), which is a full work stoppage. 松懈 (sōng xiè) is broader, meaning to relax one's efforts or become lax, not necessarily as a protest.
