成家 (chéng jiā) is a separable verb (离合词) with two distinct meanings: (1) to get married and start a family, and (2) to become an established expert in a field. The first sense is the everyday one; the second is used with a specific field (e.g. 在音乐方面成了家). The verb can be split, as in 成了家.
