Definition
所谓 (suǒwèi) has two opposite uses: neutrally, it introduces a term or concept ('what is called'); critically, it implies doubt, irony, or skepticism ('so-called'). It always appears before the noun it modifies, never as a predicate. Neither of the listed siblings (讽刺, 'to satirize'; 假定, 'to assume') is a synonym — 所谓 is an attributive, not a verb.
