Definition
扩展 (kuò zhǎn) means 'to extend or expand' by broadening scope, coverage, or reach—often used for business, systems, networks, or influence. It is broader than 扩大 (kuò dà 'enlarge in size') and less about spatial stretching than 延伸 (yán shēn 'extend/prolong'). Unlike 扩张 (kuò zhāng), it is neutral and not aggressive.
