Definition
找回 is a resultative verb (r.v.) formed by 找 (to look for) and 回 (to return). It means to find something that was lost and get it back — 'to retrieve' or 'to recover'. You can insert 得 or 不 between the two characters to express possibility: 找得回 (can be retrieved) and 找不回 (cannot be retrieved).
