无论 (wúlùn) is a formal conjunction meaning 'no matter, regardless of' — it introduces a condition and is followed by 都/也 in the main clause. It is more written/formal than 不管 (bùguǎn), which is the everyday spoken equivalent. 不论 (bùlùn) is similar to 无论 but slightly less common.
