时髦 (shí máo) is the standard adjective for 'fashionable, trendy' when describing a person's clothing, hairstyle, or look. It is very close to 时尚 (shí shàng), but 时髦 often implies a more current, up-to-the-minute vogue, while 潮 (cháo) is a more colloquial, slangy way to say the same thing.
