Definition
有幸 (yǒu xìng) means 'fortunate (to have the opportunity)' and is used for being lucky enough to do something special or formal. Unlike 幸运 (xìng yùn), which describes general luck, 有幸 emphasizes the privilege of a specific opportunity; 荣幸 (róng xìng) 'honored' is more respectful and often used when acknowledging someone's kindness.
