有时 (yǒu shí) means 'sometimes' — it describes actions that happen occasionally but not regularly. It's less frequent than 常常 (cháng cháng 'often'), and more frequent than 偶尔 (ǒu ěr 'occasionally'). 时常 and 不时 carry similar meanings to 常常 and 偶尔 respectively.
