Definition
Although the dictionary labels 有时候 (yǒu shí hou) as a verb-object compound (v.o.), in real usage it almost always functions as a time adverb meaning 'from time to time' or 'now and then'. It is not separable like a typical 离合词 — expressions like '有了一次时候' are not standard. If you want to say 'have time', use 有时间 or 有空 instead.
