条款 (tiáo kuǎn) 指合同、法律等正式文件中的具体条文或规定，是正式书面用语。与 条 (tiáo) 相比，条作为名词时也可指“条款”，但更常用于泛指“条目”或作量词；而 条款 特指法律或合同中的具体规定。与 条件 (tiáo jiàn) 不同，条件指“条件、前提”，不是法律条文。
