来劲 is a colloquial word with two opposite flavors depending on context. In a positive sense (他很来劲) it means 'full of energy, enthusiastic, or in high spirits'. In a negative sense — almost always in the imperative 别来劲 or 少来劲 — it means 'stop teasing/pestering/annoying me' or 'don't get smart with me'.
