Definition
歪 means 'crooked, tilted' for something not straight (a picture, a line). For physical tilt it is similar to 斜 (xié), but 歪 often implies something is off-center or twisted rather than just slanted. 歪 also has a figurative sense 'devious, dishonest', which 斜 does not share.
