气质 (qìzhì) describes a person's overall demeanor, style, or presence — the distinctive impression they give off. It differs from 性格 (xìnggé 'personality'), which refers to inner character traits, and from 举止 (jǔzhǐ 'bearing'), which focuses on specific outward behaviors. 气质 often implies a refined or elegant quality.
