烦 (fán) is a common, direct word for feeling annoyed or for bothering someone. As an adjective it means 'annoyed, vexed' (similar to 恼火 but less intense; 苦恼 is more 'distressed'). As a verb it means 'to bother' someone — less polite than 麻烦 (used in requests) and more direct than 打扰 (to disturb).
