Definition
看作 (kàn zuò) means 'to regard as' based on one's perception or opinion, often used with 把. 当作 (dàng zuò) is very similar but can imply 'treat as' in action; 视为 (shì wéi) is more formal and written. 看待 (kàn dài) focuses on how you treat or view someone's behavior, not just your mental classification.
