真情 (zhēn qíng) has two related meanings: 'the real situation / truth of a matter' and 'genuine feelings / true emotion.' For the factual sense, 真相 (zhēn xiàng) strictly refers to objective facts, while 真情 is broader and can also cover emotional truth.
