算了 (suàn le) is a colloquial spoken phrase meaning 'forget it, let it be' — you use it to drop a topic or give up on something. 罢了 (bà le) is more formal and literary, often used after 就 to suggest letting something go, or after 不过/只是 to downplay ('that's all').
